Parent & Me = parents swim with their student who is infant to 3 years of age. This lesson helps children build comfort in the water and builds a positive relationship with Miss Amber so next level swim lessons aren't so scary. The parent must be in the water with the child throughout each class, holding, supporting and guiding their child through the activities.

This Adult Swim class is a relaxed and encouraging environment where you'll work on technique, try new things, and challenge yourself at your own pace.
